Planet of the Apes is one of the all time epic movie series that includes both the Rise of the Planet of the Apes and the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. In this slots game both the movies appear and the game is actually two games in one. On the right hand side of the screen the player will see the Rise of the Planet of the Apes movie symbols and characters and the left side of the game refers to the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. The game in total has forty paylines with each individual game having twenty paylines each. The games are played together with awards being given separately and together.
The wilds and scatters in both sides award the same payouts. Five of the wilds award players 600 coins, four award 150 coins and three award players 40 coins. The scatter awards players 1000 coins when five appear on the screen on each side, four award 300 coins and two award 40 coins.
Dual Payouts and Dual Features
There is a dual feature that can be activated where the player chooses a symbol for each side and this symbol awards extra payouts. If the Rise bonus symbol appears on the first reel the player is awarded coin payouts for human and apes appearing on the Rise side of the game. If the Dawn symbol appears on the last reel all of the apes and humans change into the same symbols. If a stacked wild appears on the Rise side then it is duplicated on the Dawn side. Three of the scatters on the Rise side award players 10 free spins but three of the scatters on the Dawn side award the player 15 free spins during which extra multipliers or free spins can be won. Playing this game really is like playing two games in one and it does take some getting used to but once the player has got used to the idea of two games, he will love every minute of it while also enjoying the original pictures and characters from the Planet of the Apes series.
